This page collects tenure-track computer science junior faculty job listings for the 2026-27 hiring cycle. Listings are updated daily from AcademicJobsOnline and the CRA Job Board.
Listings are filtered to meet the following three criteria:
- Hiring junior faculty, i.e., either Open Rank or Assistant Professors.
- Located in North America or Europe.
- Satisfying an intentionally broad definition of computer science. For AJO, any listing that contains the word "computer" is eligible for inclusion. This may include positions in non-CS departments that welcome applicants with a CS Ph.D. For the CRA Job Board, all listings automatically meet this third criterion. The filter is intentionally broad to reduce the chance that relevant listings slip through the cracks.
Listing metadata is extracted with GPT-5.6. Please verify all application deadlines and requirements using the original listing.
